There is a PDF version of the schedule posted here. It will show all the trips on all rivers that ROW runs, and who has been assigned to each trip. The Rogue has an additional schedule managed locally and shared with guides assigned there.
Remember...
The schedule is subject to change.

Please read the following guidelines – this will help you succeed in understanding the schedule and being in the right place at the right time!
Scheduling is up to the discretion of management and, on day trips, at the discretion of the area manager.
Scheduling at ROW will be based on many factors that reflect ROW’s core Values. We are looking for and scheduling guides who are striving for the high watermark in their work and lives, have the goal of providing high quality river trips and have a positive, helpful and constructive attitude.
Scheduling will also take into consideration guides who have the necessary skills to do the trips (such as LB, WFR, etc.).
Other factors include overall experience; a balance of men/women guides; those with proven ability in interpretation and other guest- driven factors (for example a trip that requires all male guides, or has a focus that fits a guide’s particular talents).
Seniority will be a factor as well, but only one of many.
If you see a hole in your schedule and there is a training opportunity of interest email Jonah and Mia to see if it is possible. Also, if you want to shadow TL and grow in leadership, advocate for your interests and contact Jonah and Mia. As well, there might be work available on the Clark Fork or warehouse work, etc., so ask!
All training and licensing trips must be approved by Jonah Grubb or Mia Perez.
Finally, scheduling is fluid and there will be changes as guests sign up, cancel, guides get sick, etc. If you are not currently scheduled for a date(s) and the date(s) have not been approved as time off, do not make personal plans. This is true even if the schedule says “off.” For scheduling purposes, you are still considered available and may be added to a trip, even last minute. Do not plan to leave, go on a hike, etc. unless you have checked in with the primary scheduler, or your immediate manager (who in turn needs to check with the primary scheduler (Mia). We often have an increase in last-minute bookings and need guides available if a trip adds or increases in size. Please, do not make plans for family to visit you at the location you THINK you will be at without discussing it with the scheduler. This limits your flexibility and we don’t want to be caught off guard not knowing about such plans.
Before you head to your next outpost, please touch base with the manager so that they know when you are coming and can ask you to bring items that need to be transported.
