ROW Strives to offer its guides as many benefits as possible. Below is a list of some of the many benefits that we have. For a full list of the benefits available to you, please see the ROW Adventures payscale.

Commissions - We have two programs:

1. Vacation Dream Trips Program- This is such an important part of ROW's marketing strategy and your job responsibilities that we created a special reward for your efforts. Just by alerting the office about guests interests on future trips, you can earn free trips on the river for you, your family or friends or even a totally free space on a ROW International Trip of your choice. 2. New Business Commission - ROW guides who book new clients for ROW will be paid a one-time 10% commission for these bookings. If it is a group that qualifies for the group rate, then a 5% commission will be paid. No commission will be paid if and when these guests become repeat guests. To best take advantage of this, be sure to get some “Whitewater Ambassador” cards from the ROW office before you leave for your winter life!

8. Wells Fargo Membership Checking account. Since ROW banks at Wells Fargo, all ROW employees are eligible for a Wells Fargo Membership program. Benefits include free traveler's checks, interest-bearing checking account, two free ATM withdrawals a month, free checks, and more. If you are a Wells Fargo account member you can change your existing account to this account. Visit a Wells Fargo bank or call 800-932-6736, tell them you work for ROW and the company code is 1979. (there is no cost to you or ROW for these benefits)
